Code of Conduct

The Castlemaine & District Cricket Association is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable cricket environment for all participants. To support this commitment, the CDCA formally adopts and upholds all Cricket Victoria Programs Behaviour Policies, including:

  • General Codes of Behaviour

  • Player, Coach/Manager, Umpire and Parent/Guardian Codes

  • Social Media Code of Conduct

  • Appropriate Behaviour with Children guidelines

  • All associated program terms, conditions, and disciplinary processes

These policies set clear expectations for conduct, integrity, respect, and the spirit of cricket across our association. They apply to everyone involved in CDCA activities—players, coaches, officials, volunteers, parents, and spectators.

By aligning with Cricket Victoria’s standards, the CDCA reinforces its dedication to creating a positive and inclusive cricket community where wellbeing, sportsmanship, and respect are central to everything we do.
